Shipping Policy

We ship all corsets and accessories from our ethical handmade facility in India using reliable international couriers. Enjoy free standard shipping to the USA and UK on all orders, and worldwide shipping is also available.

Your order is carefully packed in plain packaging to protect your privacy and ensure safe delivery. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.

📦 Standard shipping does not include a required signature at delivery; please monitor tracking and collect your parcel once delivered.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Estimated delivery windows may vary based on:

Shipping service selected
Customs processing in your region
Local delivery conditions

Non-working days (weekends, holidays) are not included in delivery time estimates. If there are customs or carrier delays beyond our control, delivery may take longer.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. We’re pleased to accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

✔ Contact us within 14 days of delivery
✔ Ship back the item within 21 days of delivery
✔ Item must be in original condition

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted
Custom orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once processing has begun (custom requests must be finalized before payment)

Custom Order Policy

All custom sizing and design requests must be submitted before payment. Once payment is made and production starts, further changes cannot be accepted. Custom corsets are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
